Tell is of the failure of the past administration to even begin planning an exit it promised for May 2021, what happened to interagency cooperation on evacuation between Feb 2020 and Biden's inauguration, and what sort of planning did the Biden administration initiate, if any, after he inherited the mess. He is holding somebody else's bag, sure, but did he realize that moving thousands of people even in the expected 18 months requires planning. If he didn't order planning for the evacuation in the first weeks of his administration, that may be the unerasable mark on his presidency. Tell us about these things, smart guys, please.
